Video tape of Havel's address and the award ceremony held in Frost Amphitheater on the Stanford campus. Includes introductory remarks by Law School Dean Paul Brest and two songs by Joan Baez.
Background
Václav Havel, President of Czechoslovakia, was awarded the Jackson H. Ralston Prize by the Stanford University Law School in honor of his contributions to international law.
