The Chicano Movement Newspaper collection contains US newspapers and magazines from the mid-1960s to mid-1990s specifically focusing on the Chicano Movement and other Chicano and Latino issues. Included in the collection is The Black Panther Intercommunal News Service, a collobrative newspaper with the Chicano based newspaper Basta Ya. Also included are newspapers devoted to worker rights, anti-war, Chicanas, radical, religious and international issues. In most cases there are only single or scattered issues, not long runs.
