Background
Founded in 1979, the Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) or Hoi Sinh-Vien Viet Nam tai UCI "aims to preserve and promote Vietnamese culture at the University of California, Irvine and the surrounding community by providing programs and support for students to establish a common ground for cultural awareness."
