sites throughout the western United States. Collected by Delcie Vuncannon between the years 1974-1990s.
Background
Delcie Erma Vuncannon (1925-2007) held graduate degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. She resided near Joshua
Tree National Park for 24 years while teaching archaeology at College of the Desert, Copper Mountain Campus.
Restrictions
Ownership of the physical collection and copyright belongs to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. Additional rights
may be claimed by Indigenous groups associated with rock art sites.
