Correspondence, newsclippings, manuscripts, and reports related primarily to the Klamath
River Compact.
Background
Frank L. Lathrop was born on April 3, 1882. He was a licensed real estate broker and a
"specialist in fact finding." He resided in Yreka, California, and took interest in
public lands and water-supply.
