Scope and Content Note

Files include research materials gathered by SCLDF attorneys during the ten years of litigation against Walt Disney Productions' planned ski resort in Sequoia National Forest at Mineral King, California. Sample topics include information on plants and animals; the potential effects of building access roads and power transmission lines into Mineral King; and the benefits of adding Mineral King to neighboring Sequoia National Park.
